Mike Horton on 'Christ and Islam'
A casual study of Islam indicates that Christianity and Islam have very different views of who Jesus is.
For example, to Muslims, Jesus is a prophet - but just a man. To Christians, Jesus is the divine Son of God - God as Man.
As profound a difference this is, there are many others. Ultimately though, beliefs birth consequences and it's these consequences that should be transparent to Christians as well as nations as a whole; especially those who value freedom.
In his recent article, 'Christ and Islam', Mike Horton explains the deeper consequences of failing to understand Islam. Aspects of historical Christianity are put under the microscope as well.
