Paul, the apostle, is a key Bible person. He was originally an passionate enemy of Jesus until he met the living Jesus on his way to Damascus to arrest Christians. Paul then became the great 'explainer' of the Christian faith. His love for the Lord Jesus never waned ... he proclaimed Jesus as the divine Saviour of the whole world until his death in Rome.
